What we do, and where each piece lives.

Hellman Enterprises is the firm. Go To My Bookkeeper is the monthly service most clients are actually buying. Here is the full map, so you know which door to use.

The monthly service

Delivered under Go To My Bookkeeper.

Each of these has its own page with what is included, who it is for, and how it is priced. The links go there.

  • 01 · Every month

    Monthly bookkeeping

Transactions categorized, bank and card accounts reconciled, month closed on a schedule, financial statements sent. The foundation everything else sits on.

For any business that has stopped being able to do this itself, or never could.

  • 02 · When you are behind

    Cleanup and catch-up

Months or years of history brought current, reconciled, and made trustworthy enough for a CPA to file from. We look before we quote, because a cleanup price given blind is a guess.

For anyone whose CPA has said the books are not usable, or who has been avoiding opening QuickBooks.

  • 03 · Products

    E-commerce and inventory

Shopify, Amazon, and the inventory system in between, all tied out to QuickBooks so cost of goods and margin are real numbers. We set these systems up and keep them integrated.

For online sellers and anyone holding stock. If your inventory has ever gone negative, this is you.

  • 04 · Past $5M

    Growing companies

A proper monthly close, management reports the owner actually reads, and a senior accountant on the phone. The layer between a bookkeeper and a CFO you cannot yet justify.

For companies between roughly five and ten million in revenue, up to about fifty people.

  • 05 · Attorneys

    Trust accounting

Three-way reconciliation of client trust accounts, every month, in the format your State Bar expects. We prepare; the responsible attorney reviews and signs.

For law firms holding client funds. Especially in California, where the Bar is actively auditing.

  • 06 · People to pay

    Payroll

Payroll run on time, deductions and withholdings handled, filings made, and the whole thing reconciled back to the books so the payroll tax liability on the balance sheet is a number you can trust. Offered alongside monthly bookkeeping, not on its own.

For clients with W-2 employees who want payroll and the books kept by the same people.

How it starts

We look at your actual books before we say anything.

Every engagement begins the same way: a free review of your live file. Not a questionnaire, not a sales call. Deb looks at what is there and tells you what she found.

You get a plain summary of what is accurate and what is not. If there is cleanup to do, you get a price for it before you decide anything. If the books are fine and you just need them kept, you get a monthly number. About thirty minutes. Nothing to prepare.

The review is free because a quote given before anyone has opened your file is worthless to both of us.

Pricing

One number on the invoice.

Monthly fees are quoted after the review and cover the agreed scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it happens, never discovered on an invoice. Hourly rates for cleanup and project work are published, because "how much does a bookkeeper cost" deserves a straight answer.

Talk to Deb first. Then decide.

A thirty-minute call, no cost, no pitch. You tell her where the books stand. She tells you what she would do about it and roughly what it takes. You can do whatever you want with that.

Or just call. (833) 653-7545
